The HVN is where science meets tradition in the heart of Knightsbridge. Inspired by the cocooning warmth of ancient caves, the space unfolds through flowing circular forms, organic textures and softly diffused light to create a sense of safety and calm.

At its heart is a Forest Bathing area inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, alongside Circadian Rhythm Lighting that mirrors the natural progression of daylight. A subtle soundscape of bird calls recorded in Epping Forest, a signature fragrance enriched with AeroBiome, and sculptural Glow Pots by Martha Freud complete the multisensory environment.

Together, these elements reflect The HVN’s belief that design can support preventative wellness.
